Afenyo-Markin Honored as Nkoso)hene (Development Chief) of Winneba for Contributions to Community Development
Alexander Afenyo-Markin, the Majority Leader in Parliament, has been bestowed with the title of ‘Nkoso)hene’ (Development Chief) of Winneba by the Effutu Traditional Council. The ‘Osahene’ title was conferred upon him in recognition of his significant contributions to the development of the community.
The installation ceremony, held in Winneba, brought together traditional leaders, community members, and dignitaries to celebrate Afenyo-Markin’s achievements and his commitment to the progress of the Efutu constituency.
The Efutu Traditional Council commended his efforts in improving infrastructure, education, and healthcare in the area.
