Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, founder and leader of the Movement for Change and Presidential Candidate of the Afrafranto Alliance, has visited the Western North Region, where he pledged to establish a Traders Bank aimed at supporting private businesses and revitalizing Ghana’s economy.
During his campaign stops in Bibiani, Sefwi Bekwai, and Sefwi Wiawso constituencies, Alan emphasized the importance of the Traders Bank as part of his Great Transformational Plan (GTP).

“In Ghana, about 80% of the population engages in trading. It is crucial to have a bank dedicated to financing the trading activities of these hardworking Ghanaians to help them thrive,” he said. He further stressed that the bank would offer equal opportunities to both men and women.
Alan also urged the residents to reject the claims of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), accusing both parties of contributing to the country’s economic challenges. “Ignore the lies of the NPP and NDC.

They have failed you. It is time to focus on a fresh agenda of hope and transformation,” he declared, receiving an enthusiastic response from the crowd.
Refuting claims that voting for him would be wasted, Alan asserted that such statements were part of a deliberate effort by the two major parties to mislead Ghanaians. “A vote for Alan Kyerematen is a vote for a brighter future,” he said.

Alan’s tour also included engagements with key groups, including youth, market women, clergy, and the Muslim community. He called on their support and blessings, promising to advocate for their concerns when elected. “Your advice and blessings are critical for this journey,” he said.
In Sefwi Wiawso, Alan urged constituents to elect him as president and Veronica Ababio as their Member of Parliament, assuring them that their combined efforts would bring transformation to the region.

The clergy and Chief Imam of the region offered prayers for Alan and his team, seeking divine protection and success in the upcoming election.
Alan concluded by encouraging the people of the Western North Region to vote for change.
“This election is about the future of Ghana. Let us choose progress and transformation over stagnation,” he said, leaving his supporters energized and hopeful for the movement’s success in the 2024 elections.
