Amanda Jissih, an entertainment commentator, has slammed gospel musician Edward Akwasi Boateng for exhibiting an excessive sense of entitlement.
On UTV’s United Showbiz, Amanda Jissih addressed the issue, stating that Edward Akwasi Boateng had criticized MOGmusic for not honoring a pledge, despite unforeseen circumstances.

Amanda Jissih explained that MOGmusic had intended to honor Edward Akwasi Boateng at an event but was unable to do so due to delays. By the time it was his turn to be recognized, he had already left the venue.
MOGmusic later saw an interview where Edward Akwasi Boateng criticized him for not keeping his word.
Amanda Jissih emphasized that times are hard, and people shouldn’t feel entitled to others’ promises. She acknowledged Edward Akwasi Boateng’s hard work but stressed that no one owes him anything.
She also mentioned that after his viral video selling pen drives and CDs, many people, including Prophet Benard El Benard Nelson-Eshun, supported him with a car and educational scholarships for his children.
Amanda Jissih argued that instead of blaming MOGmusic, Edward Akwasi Boateng should take responsibility for not waiting till the end of the show to see what would happen.
She concluded that his sense of entitlement is excessive and needs to be checked.
