Bechem United winger Clinton Duodu has signed a two-year contract with Cypriot club Apollon Limassol, with the deal set to run until May 2027.

The 19-year-old winger, who spent four years with the Ghana Premier League side, is highly regarded in Ghana’s top-flight division, known for his versatility as a right winger, secondary striker, and left winger.

Duodu follows in the footsteps of other promising talents from the GPL, such as David Oduro of Accra Lions and Abdul Aziz Issah of Dreams FC, who have recently moved to FC Barcelona’s Academy and B Team, respectively.

During his time at Bechem United, Duodu made 96 appearances, scoring seven goals and providing three assists. He has also represented Ghana’s Under-20 team, the Black Satellites.

Apollon Limassol, currently ranked eighth in the Cypriot League, recently secured a 2-1 victory over Anorthosis Famagusta in the 2024-2025 season, having recorded one win and one loss in their first two matches.
