The Bank of Ghana, in collaboration with the Ghana Police Service, has shut down Dek-Nock Investments in Nungua and Ashaiman for operating without a license.

The closure is in accordance with the Banks and Specialised Deposit-taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930).
Dek-Nock Investments was found to be engaging in unauthorized deposit-taking activities, violating Section 6(1) of Act 930.
The Bank of Ghana and the Ghana Police Service are conducting investigations into the company’s operations, and customers are advised to remain calm.
