Second Lady Samira Bawumia has voiced her strong confidence in her husband, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, as the ideal leader to drive Ghana’s development.
Speaking at the party’s final rally in Accra on Thursday, Samira lauded Dr. Bawumia’s steadfast dedication and relentless efforts to propel the nation forward, urging Ghanaians to rally behind his vision for progress.
“I know him very, very well. I have watched him work hard day and night, seven days a week, from morning till night.
“This man will apply himself. This man will not let you down. Dr. Bawumia means what he says and he says what he means. He will do right by the people of this country,” Samira stated.
The vice-presidential candidate of the NPP, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh popularly known as NAPO also asserted that Dr Bawumia was the sole individual equipped to lead Ghana into the future.
He urged Ghanaians to cast their votes in large numbers for Dr Bawumia to secure victory in the upcoming December elections.
NAPO, stated, “Bawumia is the only one prepared for the future, vote for him. The Heavens must answer. December 7 is the future of Ghana, it’s your future, it’s our future.”
