Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Flagbearer, has pledged to implement targeted development initiatives for the people of Kwabre East if elected, in recognition of their steadfast support for the party.
Kwabre East, which has consistently delivered the highest vote margins for the NPP nationwide, contributed over 62,000 votes to the party’s victory in the 2020 election.
Addressing a crowd of enthusiastic party supporters, Dr. Bawumia assured the community that pressing issues, particularly poor road infrastructure, would be prioritized to improve living standards and boost economic growth.
“You, the people of Mamponteng and Kwabre East, are the highest voters in all of Ghana. When I come into power, I will initiate significant development projects here,” he promised.
“I will complete all unfinished astroturfs, markets, and roads. I urge you to vote for me and give me the wheel.”
Dr. Bawumia also encouraged the people of Kwabre East to support the NPP’s parliamentary candidate, Onyina-Acheampong Akwasi Gyamfi, in the upcoming election.
