Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, has assured the chiefs and residents of Kenyasi Number One in the Asutifi North Constituency that their road projects will be completed before the 2024 elections.
During a courtesy visit to the Chief of Kenyasi Number One on the second day of his tour in the Ahafo region, Dr. Bawumia expressed his commitment to the community.
He announced that the contractor assigned to the road project would soon return to work, with asphalting set to begin shortly.
“Nananom, I understand how important the Kenyasi road is to you,” Dr. Bawumia said. “As I was coming, I spoke with the contractor to ensure the road is finished before the December elections.
The first layer should be ready in less than a week, and it will be significantly improved.
“The contractor’s equipment has already arrived, so you can trust that I will ensure the road is paved before December 7.”
Additionally, Dr. Bawumia pledged to prioritize education, promising to enhance both access and quality for all residents in the constituency.
