The broadcast will address growing concerns about key educational programs, including the Free Senior High School (Free SHS) initiative and Free Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), both of which have become integral to Ghana’s educational system.

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), will host a special live broadcast on Sunday, November 10, 2024, to engage parents and students across Ghana, sharing his vision for the future of education in the country.

Dr. Bawumia is expected to outline his plans to expand access to tertiary education, ensuring that no Senior High School graduate is left behind due to financial constraints.

In addition to the education-focused event, Dr. Bawumia recently met with Ghana’s youth on Sunday, November 3, 2024, to discuss their main concern on unemployment.

The conversation centered on his strategies to tackle youth unemployment if elected in the December 7, 2024 elections.

The Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, will also participate, delivering a comprehensive presentation on behalf of Dr. Bawumia.

Dr. Adutwum will highlight the NPP’s focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education, emphasizing its importance in preparing Ghana’s youth for success in a rapidly evolving global economy.
