Nigerian socialite and cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has finally regained his freedom after spending six months behind bars at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre.
His incarceration stemmed from a controversial incident where he was found guilty of abusing naira notes by spraying them at parties, a act deemed disrespectful to the national currency.

In a heartwarming video shared on X, Bobrisky was seen reuniting with actress Eniola Ajao, beaming with joy and excitement as he celebrated his release.
With a deep sense of longing, Bobrisky expressed his eagerness to reconnect with his fans, saying, “I’ve deeply missed you all and can’t wait to shower you with the attention and excitement you’ve been craving.”
This marks the end of a chapter in Bobrisky’s life, which began on April 12, 2024, when Justice Abimbola Awogboro handed down a six-month prison sentence without the option of a fine.
As Bobrisky embarks on this new journey, his fans eagerly await his return to the spotlight.
