A middle aged man has been found dead at the Pankrono estate market in Old Tafo in the Ashanti region. The circumstances under which he died is unknown.
Residents in the area saw the body in the morning on Monday, July 5, 2021.
According to witnesses, the deceased head was severely cut with machete and the lifeless body was found lying down at Pankrono estate market around 5am.
This is not the first time residents are witnessing such occurrences in the area as there has been similar incidence in the past few weeks.
As of filing this report, Ghana police service is still investigating circumstances surrounding the death.
