Burna Boy, the Afrobeats sensation, has reached another significant milestone by becoming the first African artist to surpass two billion streams in the United Kingdom.

The achievement was celebrated with a Brit plaque presented to him during a sold-out performance at Koko Camden in London, following closely on the heels of his earlier recognition for achieving one billion streams at the London Stadium.
As Burna Boy accepted the Brit 2 billion streams plaque, his message of perseverance and advocating for one’s rights struck a chord.
Expressing gratitude, he remarked, “Thank you very much. I appreciate you. Ehen, that’s it. You’ve got to fight for your right”.
One of the presenters suggested, “You already have it. There’s no need to fight.”
Burna Boy countered firmly, “No. We have to fight for our rights.”
