The Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB) Ghana has inducted 237 new banking professionals, marking a significant milestone in its history.
This year’s induction ceremony was notable for achieving gender parity, with females making up 51% of the inductees.

The ceremony was graced by First Bank Ghana’s Managing Director and CEO, Victor Yaw Asante, who emphasized the importance of ethics, sustainability, and professionalism in the banking sector.

The CEO of CIB Ghana, Robert Dzato, also addressed the new inductees, emphasizing the importance of mentorship, professional development, and community service.
He encouraged them to be the voice of professionalism and ethics, shaping a more ethical, responsible, and sustainable future for Africa.
