President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has affirmed that the coronavirus vaccine will not in any way render any man impotent.

He made this known during his national address on 28th of February, 2021, in his pursuit to convince Ghanaians of their safety.

He mentioned that there are a lot of doubting thomas among the citizens, who are constantly coining baseless conspiracy theories on how the western world have plotted to wipe out Africans from the face of the earth. Some have gone as far as saying the coronavirus vaccine is a pivotal sign of the long-awaited antichrist.

Akufo-Addo has debunked the claims by saying: “taking the vaccine will not alter your DNA, it will not embed a tracking device in your body, neither will it cause infertility in women or in men.”

He therefore assures Ghanaians of their safety, as the coronavirus vaccine is in fact, the only safe route to escaping the cold grasp of the pandemic.
