The refurbishment of Parliament’s chamber will cost €2.26 million, with the expenses being covered by the Government of Ghana, according to Speaker Alban Bagbin.
Only damaged desks or worktables will be replaced, while new chairs will be sourced locally.
The old furniture will be auctioned, as stated by the Speaker.
