An Accra High Court has issued an injunction against the three-day demonstration planned by the pressure group, Democracy Hub.
The ruling, delivered on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, follows concerns raised by the police about the protest’s location, particularly in front of Jubilee House.
Due to the court’s order, Democracy Hub is barred from proceeding with their demonstration, which was initially set for September 21 to 23, 2024.
