Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr have confirmed the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo on a two-year deal.
Saudi state TV al-Ekhbariya revealed that a deal for Ronaldo had been struck before Al-Nassr posted on social media on Friday evening, calling the former Manchester United forward the “world’s greatest athlete”.
Al-Ekhbariya report that the 37-year-old will start with Al-Nassr in January.
Ronaldo left United last month following an explosive television interview in which the forward said he felt betrayed by the club and did not respect their Dutch manager Erik ten Hag.
