Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has expressed strong confidence in the party’s victory in the upcoming December 7th elections, citing the NPP’s accomplishments and track record in government as key factors that position the party for success.

Speaking at a rally in Oforikrom, Ashanti Region, Dr. Bawumia emphasized several flagship programs introduced by the NPP, which he believes have significantly improved the lives of Ghanaians.
He particularly highlighted the Free Senior High School (Free SHS) policy, which has enabled thousands of students to access secondary education without financial barriers.
He also commended various social interventions aimed at supporting low-income families and alleviating poverty.
The NPP’s initiatives such as the Planting for Food and Jobs program, the One District, One Factory policy, and the push for digitalization were also referenced by Dr. Bawumia as policies that have strengthened the economy, created jobs, and spurred economic growth.
According to Dr. Bawumia, the NPP’s proactive approach to governance underscores its commitment to the welfare of Ghanaians, positioning it as the best party to continue leading the nation toward further development.
He urged Ghanaians to support the NPP in the upcoming elections, stressing that only the NPP can continue the progress the country has made in infrastructure, healthcare, and education.
Dr. Bawumia concluded by assuring the crowd that an NPP victory would ensure even greater advancements in these key areas.
