Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer for the 2024 general election, has submitted his nomination forms to the Electoral Commission.
On Monday, September 9, Dr. Bawumia was joined by his running mate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, and their spouses, Samira Bawumia and Alma Pokua Adade-Prempeh.
The submission was also attended by key party executives, including National Chairman Stephen Ntim, General Secretary Justin Koduah Frimpong, Majority Leader Alexander Afenyo Markin, and other prominent party members.
