eTranzact Ghana Limited, a leading provider of payment technology solutions, has appointed Rev Prof Paul Frimpong-Manso as its new Board Chairperson.
Rev Prof Frimpong-Manso brings over 40 years of leadership and executive experience to the role, having served on various boards in both public and private sectors.
His career includes notable contributions in Christian ministry, corporate governance, and motivational speaking.
The appointment is expected to enhance the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation in fintech.
John Apea, CEO of eTranzact Ghana, expressed enthusiasm about the appointment, noting that Rev Prof Frimpong-Manso’s extensive experience and leadership align with the company’s mission to drive innovation and provide top-notch financial technology solutions.
Previously, Rev Prof Frimpong-Manso served as President of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC) and General Superintendent of Assemblies of God, Ghana.
He has also held prominent roles in the corporate sector, including serving on over 20 corporate boards and holding leadership positions at Kwamanman Rural Bank PLC and the Thrivus Institute.
He is also a Council Member of Christian Service University (CSU) and has served as Board Chairman of the National Commission on Small Arms and Light Weapons.
Additionally, he founded the Frimpong-Manso Institute (FMI), a Christian think-tank focused on shaping mindsets and promoting transformation.
His academic qualifications include a Professor in Ministry and Theology from Global University Springfield-MO USA, a PhD in Theology from the University of Wales (UK), an Honorary Doctorate from the Pan African Theological Seminary/Clergy Council, a Master of Arts from the University of Sheffield, and a Cambridge Diploma of Religious Studies from the University of Cambridge (UK).
