Yakubu Adams, also known as Yakubu Tony Aidoo, the former Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Asawase, has donated more than 30,000 cartons of assorted drinks, water, and biscuits to 28 constituencies in the Ashanti Region.

The donation is aimed at supporting NDC polling station agents ahead of the December 7 general elections.
Tony Aidoo, a committed NDC member and scrap dealer, emphasized that the gesture was part of his effort to ensure the party’s success in the elections.

He noted that polling agents often face hunger while working on election day, and this donation would boost morale and help them remain dedicated to the party’s cause.
He also called on other NDC members, particularly former appointees, to contribute towards the party’s success in the upcoming elections.

Faisal Dauda, the Asawase NDC Chairman, thanked Aidoo for the donation, especially at a time when party unity and support are critical.
He urged the party leadership to continue empowering passionate youth within the party, highlighting Aidoo’s dedication despite not holding a political appointment.

The gesture underscores Aidoo’s continued support for the NDC and his call for others to follow his example in contributing to the party’s election efforts.
