The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has officially launched the 2024 enlistment process for the Regular Career Officer Course and Short Service Commission Officers.

In its recruitment announcement for the Ghana Military Academy, GAF emphasized that it does not use intermediaries or charge any fees for the enlistment process.

The Armed Forces cautioned that any individuals acting as middlemen or agents soliciting payments for recruitment assistance should be reported to the nearest military installation or police station.

Potential applicants who engage with such individuals and make payments are also deemed complicit in the fraudulent scheme.

“The Ghana Armed Forces further wishes to state that individuals who present themselves as middlemen. intermediaries or agents demanding payment in order to assist any candidate(s) should be reported to the nearest Military Installation or Police Station. In the same vein, interested applicants who choose to pay monies to purported agents for help are equally culpable in the fraudulent act.”

The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has advised interested applicants to consult the Friday, September 13, 2024, edition of the Daily Graphic on Graphicnewsplus.com for detailed information about the enlistment process.

They also warned against using unauthorized recruitment sites on social media.

Scratch cards for the online application process, priced at GH¢350.00 each, are available for purchase at designated Ghana Post offices nationwide.

The online application portal is now open, and applicants are encouraged to apply before the submission deadline of Friday, October 11, 2024.
