The Ghana Police Service has launched a manhunt to recapture Bright Tetteh, alias Kofi Y2K, a suspect involved in a robbery at Sefwi Abrokefe in the Western North Region.
Bright Tetteh, along with his accomplice Yaw Tawiah, alias Jah Boy, was arrested on September 23, 2024, with the help of community members after robbing their victims of valuables, including gold concentrate and assorted mobile phones.
However, Bright Tetteh managed to escape from police custody, prompting the ongoing search.
Meanwhile, Yaw Tawiah remains in custody and is assisting with the investigation.
