GHANA PREMIER LEAGUE: Imoro Ibrahim wins Asante Kotoko Player of The Month

Asante Kotoko Defender Imoro Ibrahim has been named the team’s player of the month.


The 21-year old won the award for the month of February for his outstanding performances for the Kumasi based team.
The Black Stars B player saw off competitions from right-back Christopher Nettey and Goalkeeper Kwame Baah.


The former Karela United left-back played all six premier league games for the porcupine warriors during the month under review and scored once in a 3-1 win over Bechem United and providing two assist.


A man-of-the-match award ensured that the left back amassed 61 percent of the total vote on the Club’s official App.

Christopher Nettey played all the six matches under review but came second after recording 22 percent of the total votes with Goalkeeper Kwame Baah claiming the third position.
