The Acting Managing Director of the Ghana Publishing Company Limited, Nana Kwesi Boatey, has requested the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, to grant land in Kumasi for the establishment of a production facility to serve the Ashanti Region.

During a courtesy visit to the Manhyia Palace on Friday, March 14, Nana Kwesi Boatey highlighted the company’s recent shift to 24-hour operations.
He stressed that establishing a production line in Kumasi would boost efficiency, expand operations, and generate more employment opportunities.
“We are pleading with Otumfuo to give us land to build our own office to start a big production line in Kumasi. Because all the publishing we do is done in Accra before it is brought to Kumasi. we have to get a production line here, so we can employ more people.
“By God’s grace, we are the 1st government company to start a 24-hour economy. We have doubled production since we started our 24-hour operations. So, I want to use this opportunity to call on Otumfuo to give us some land in order to build a production line,” he appealed.
