Ghana’s national football team, the Black Stars, has been targeted in a robbery incident in Vienna ahead of their international friendly against Austria on Friday, March 27, 2026.
A source at the Ghana Football Association confirmed that some members of the team were robbed during their stay, although details of the incident — including what was taken — have not yet been disclosed.
Despite the incident, officials say the situation is under control, with players and technical staff remaining calm and focused ahead of the scheduled match.
