Empress Fifty who is married to an Ewe political figure in the new patriotic party Mr hopeson yaovi Adorye recently admitted that at a point in her life, she had a view that Ewe men are not romantic.
In an interview with 3FM drive with Giovanni Caleb and AJ sarpong, the award winning Gospel artiste in her statement, expressed her views on her thoughts on Ewe men.
She said, I had the perception while growing up that Ewe men are not romantic but fortunately, I met and married a nice gentle man who always wants the best out of me.
The Gospel artiste went on to recount how her husband supports her when she is wrong publicly but will always correct her when they are out of public glare or at home.
She said you need to get to know other tribes, have contact with them, have your own experience and opinion with them first hand before drawing conclusion or have anything to say about them
Gifty also advised on the importance of engaging with people from various background to truly understand their essence.
However, Empress Fifty who has a different opinion about Ewe people has said they are lovely and very good in bed. According to her, marriaged to an Ewe man Mr Hopeson Yaovi Adorye a prominent member of the NPP had made her know that love transcends cultural boundaries
