Assistant Divisional Officer Grade One (ADO1) Alex King Nartey, from the Public Affairs Department of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), has refuted reports claiming that actress Jackie Appiah’s Trasacco home caught fire.

The rumors began when TV personality Mona Gucci shared a video on Instagram around 8 p.m. on Friday, October 11, showing a house on fire. In her post, she alleged that the property belonged to Jackie Appiah, with other reports supporting this claim.

However, Alex Nartey clarified that the house in question does not belong to Jackie Appiah.

In a Facebook update on October 12, he confirmed that GNFS investigations revealed the affected house belongs to Madam Samira, Jackie Appiah’s manager. He added that only a portion of the house was damaged by the fire.

“After confirming from our responding crew, the affected house belongs to Madam Samira, Jackie Appiah’s manager and it was the cinema room of the house that got affected by the fire,” he wrote.
