Minister for Works and Housing Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has stated that the Akufo-Addo administration remains committed to fulfilling its manifesto promises and enhancing housing infrastructure for all Ghanaians.

This follows President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s recent handover of 320 homes to the Ghana Police Service.

Kojo Oppong Nkrumah stated that since 2017, the government has built and delivered a total of 1,000 housing units to security personnel. This effort reflects the administration’s commitment to improving their living conditions, which enriches lives, boosts morale, and enhances service delivery.

“We have also worked on other significant housing projects across the country, such as the 1,700 affordable homes in Kpone, 405 homes by the National Homeownership Fund in Community 22, and 822 units by the State Housing Company.

“Our administration remains dedicated to fulfilling its manifesto promises and improving housing infrastructure for all Ghanaians,”
