Hearts of Oak have officially announced their second signing during the second transfer window with Ivorian winger Eric Dizan on their roster.
The midfielder has signed a three-year contract on a free transfer.
A club statement on Monday read: ”@HeartsOfOakGH is excited to announce the signing of winger, Eric Dizan. The Ivorian international has signed a three-year contract with the club.”
Last month, the Phobians signed Niger international Abdourahamane Mamane Lawali.
The defensive midfielder put pen to paper to a two-year contract.
