The Ghana Grid Company Ltd (GRIDCo) and the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) have announced the resumption of gas supply from the West African Gas Pipeline Company (WAPCO) to thermal power plants in Tema.
In a press statement issued on Friday, December 13, GRIDCo and ECG reassured stakeholders of their dedication to ensuring a reliable power supply.
The statement confirmed that all previously shut-down power plants have resumed operations, restoring electricity to all affected customers.
“With the return to normalcy, GRIDCo and ECG wish to assure that we will continue our collaborative efforts to ensure continued reliable supply
“We thank our stakeholders and customers for their patience and understanding”, the presser stated.
