HBO released the final teaser trailer for the upcoming first season of Game of Thrones spinoff House of the Dragon on social media Thursday.
The trailer gives fans an exclusive peek at the show’s upcoming premiere.House of the Dragon, a Game of Thrones prequel, is set centuries before the events of the popular show.
It depicts the early rule of House Targaryen, back when their power was unrivalled and dragons were all over the place.
A civil war for the Iron Throne broke out between factions of the family. The dance of the dragons, as that war was known, would feature prominently in House of the Dragon. The show premieres on Sunday, August 21st 2022 on HBO Max at 9pm Eastern Time.
