Head teacher caught in the act of impersonation

A head teacher at Kwashamukwenu community school in Zambia has been allegedly caught in the act of impersonation.

Mr Christopher Lwele was caught trying to write exams for a registered student in the GCE English Language examination

A report suggested that Nathan sikabole a registered GCE student hired someone to take the Examination on his behalf.

The incident happened at Kaunda square secondary school in Munali area of Lusaka.

Investigations discovered  sikabole is an employee at the National Registration office in Kabompo district. He was alleged to have paid Mr Lwele K1,000(ksh7,400) to sit for his paper

The police spokesperson revealed that the incident came to light after the Head Teacher of Kaunda square secondary school reported the case.

The head teacher was reported to have conducted a background check on the registration process after receiving intelligence report, thereby obtaining a facial image of the candidates. Alerted by this, the head teacher placed a redflag on Sikabole’s registration and alerting the Provincial Education Office

After further investigation it was discovered that the person sitting for sikabole is a 34 years old Christopher Lwele and has since been arrested and detained at chelston police station
