On Friday evening, Accra Hearts of Oak triumphed over Nations FC in their Ghana Premier League Week 32 match at the Accra Sports Stadium, securing a vital 2-0 win.
This victory marks a turning point for Hearts, who had been struggling in 15th place with 38 points.
Despite Nations FC’s favorable position in 4th place with 48 points, they struggled to gain control of the game.

Hearts took an early lead in the 10th minute, with Kassim Cisse scoring thanks to Dennis Korsah’s assist.
Hamza Issah further extended the lead to 2-0 in the 15th minute, solidifying Hearts’ advantage. Nations FC attempted to regain momentum with several substitutions, but Hearts’ defense remained impenetrable.
The game saw significant substitutions, with Seidu Suraj, Yaw Amankwah Baafi, Enock Asubonteng, and Salifu Ibrahim entering the field for Accra Hearts of Oak.
