The Member of Parliament-elect for Hohoe Constituency, Thomas Worlanyo Tsekpo, has pledged to fulfill all campaign promises made to his constituents.
Following his victory, Tsekpo assured residents of his dedication to fostering development in Hohoe by working closely with other parliamentary candidates and stakeholders to transform the constituency into a model of progress.
“All we want is to move Hohoe to the next level so if it will take my opponents to come on board for us to move Hohoe from the level it is now to a different level that all of us will be proud of, why not? I will reach out to them.
“I will not wait for them to come to me. That is what politics is about. I know they will not relent because they also have developmental pledges to redeem in the constituency. We will join hands together.
“We are going to focus on our development agenda programme. Our roads, water projects, schools, youth unemployment. Hohoe will be great. Hohoe will be the talk of this nation”, he stated.
Meanwhile, the NDC’s Volta regional chairman, Mawutor Agbavitor, says the Volta region remains the world bank of the NDC and will provide the needed support for the party.
“Volta Region remains the world bank of the NDC and it shall remain like that. We will provide the support of the party and I call on the young people of this region to continue. Your loyalty to the party must not cease. You must continue to work tirelessly for the party”, he stated.
