Chairman Wontumi, the Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region, has claimed to be richer and more handsome person than NDC politician and actor, John Dumelo.
Wontumi bragged during a radio interview that he is more handsome than Dumelo.
Dumelo, he said, is not richer than him and since money makes men attractive, he can confidently declare he is more handsome than John.
Wontumi went on to list the exorbitant prices he purchased his chain and watch for to prove the extent of his wealth..
However, someone agreed with Wontumi, writing: “Any man with PLENTY and ABUNDANCE of money is handsome. The money covers his face. Anaa meyale”
Meanwhile, according to Chairman Wontumi Ghana is making progress.He claimed that the nation has changed under President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s NewPatriotic Party (NPP) administration.
The Chairman argued that Ghana is currently performing better than London in the United Kingdom.
Speaking further, he urged Ghanaians to vote for Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as the next president in order to support the continuation of the current government.
“I came to Accra the last time and I used the Labone, Cantonments, and East Legon stretch, and you can see that Ghana is changing and now I can say that Ghana is better than London because if you look at different story buildings that are under construction and all, it means that we are working in this country, the country is changing and it’s changing for good.
“ …and I am pleased as a Ghanaian, that’s why I am saying we should vote for Dr. Bawumia to continue the good work,” he said
According to him, since President Akufo-Addo took office, the nation has experienced growth and development.
