Ghanaian dancehall musician Shatta Wale has unveiled plans to address growing indiscipline in Ghana if he becomes president.

He proposes building numerous prisons for short-term sentences to serve as corrective discipline. Shatta Wale suggests sentences of two to three months, with harsher conditions, including beatings, to teach people to value and respect others.

He envisions using available land in Afienya and Winneba for these facilities. Shatta Wale’s comments come amidst his concerns about disrespect and indiscipline in the country, particularly among his colleagues.

He addressed his rival, Stonebwoy, who criticized throwing money at fans, urging him to stay out of his affairs.

Shatta Wale’s unconventional approach to discipline has sparked debate, with some questioning the effectiveness of his methods.
