Arsenal midfielder Jorginho has expressed newfound enthusiasm for pursuing a coaching career, thanks to encouragement from the club’s management.

Initially hesitant to consider coaching,preferring roles such as a scout or agentJorginho changed his perspective after Arsenal suggested he pursue coaching badges.
In an interview, he shared, “I always had my arms up when I’m playing, trying to help… but I always said, ‘No, I don’t want to be a coach.’”
However, upon starting his coaching sessions at Arsenal, he found the experience enjoyable and engaging, leading him to embrace this path.
Now working towards his A Licence, Jorginho described coaching and tactics as something that excites him, indicating a significant shift in his outlook towards a future in football beyond just playing.
