The two teenagers, Eric Nyarko and Nicholas Kini, killed Ishmael Mensah in April 2021, at Lamptey Mills near Kosoa, for an alleged ritual purpose.
However, the Chief Inspector Enerst Darko said thay have received investigation statement charge and forwarded them for ruling.
The teenagers await trial.
