Whiles comparing the messages of the top three conteners to lead the New Patriotic Party into elections next year, a youth activist and social commentator says that the MP for Assin Cental, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has a little advantage over Vice- President Dr. Mahmud Bawumia and former Trades Minister, Mr. Alan Kyeremanten.

Speaking to GhanaTalksRadio, Mr. Frank says that, whiles the vice-president may have a solid hold and support in the party, the works and bold nature of Kennedy Agyapong might just make him more likely to lead the NPP.
In his words, ”Kennedy Agyapong is a man of his words and right now Ghanaians need someone who’s yes is a yes, and one who is actionable’, even though he concedes that some past utterances and actions of the Assin legislator may work against him. Further, he describes Kennedy Agyapong as a man of substance and not just words, and beliefs a lot of Ghanaians may be on the search for that king of a leader.

Mr. Kennedy Agyapong is one of the leading aspirants working and campaigning to lead the governing NPP to win the 2024 general elctions. Whiles recent polls have put Vice President Bawumia and Alan Kyeremanten ahead of the MP, many belief that he is likely to cause an upset within the ranks.
