Promising lawyer Kofi Kyei Asante has announced his candidacy for Vice President of the Young Lawyers’ Forum of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA).
Currently, he is a legal officer at the Ghana National Gas Company. Previously, he served as the Commercial Representative for the Ghana Embassy in Beijing, China, under the then Ambassador.
He was also a key participant in the Urban Sankofa Project, initiated by the Ghana Tourism Authority.
Affectionately known as Lawyer Asante, he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021 after completing his LLB at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in 2016.
In the same year, he joined the Ghana School of Law’s Post-Call Class, where he served as Class Representative.
Additionally, he has experience working at Templars Law Firm. Asante is committed to ensuring that “young lawyers shine” in their legal careers.
