Emmanuel Antwi has expressed his joy after finalizing his move to Asante Kotoko, describing it as a dream come true.
The midfielder has signed a three-year contract with the Porcupine Warriors after departing from Great Olympics.

In an interview with Kotoko’s media team, Antwi shared his excitement about wearing the Kotoko jersey and his eagerness to contribute to the team’s achievements. He also mentioned that the presence of familiar faces within the squad will help him settle in quickly.
“I am thrilled to be here as it has been a childhood dream of mine to play for Kotoko,” Antwi stated.
“I am excited to wear the jersey and look forward to contributing to the team. Knowing some of the current players will help me settle in quickly and focus on the task ahead.”
This news follows Antwi’s earlier hint about a possible move to Kotoko in a recent interview, where he expressed a preference for joining the Porcupine Warriors.
During last season with Great Olympics, Antwi featured in 26 matches, scoring 6 goals and providing 5 assists. Despite his contributions, Olympics’ relegation occurred, drawing attention from multiple clubs. Ultimately, Kotoko successfully acquired his services.
The attacking midfielder is Kotoko’s third signing of the transfer window, as the club focuses on a comprehensive squad rebuild for the upcoming season following the departure of 21 players.
