Former President John Agyekum Kufuor has urged Ghanaians to back Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Flagbearer, stating that the vice president possesses the necessary skills to effectively manage the country’s resources.
Kufuor emphasized that Ghana stands at a pivotal moment in its development, and Dr. Bawumia is the right leader to guide the nation towards greater progress.
In an interview on Asempa FM on Wednesday, November 13, Kufuor stressed the importance of strong, capable leadership in unlocking Ghana’s full potential.
He expressed confidence that Dr. Bawumia, with his expertise and vision, is best positioned to lead the country into a prosperous future.
“We are at a crossroads at this moment in the country’s life. God has blessed the country very well with many resources, but if we don’t get a good manager to coordinate all of these resources, then we will run at a loss.
“That is why I say to Ghanaians, let us not despite this man. He can get the job done,” the former president stated.
