President John Dramani Mahama will host Petr Pavel, President of the Czech Republic, on a three-day State Visit to Ghana from April 8 to April 10, 2025.
This historic visit marks the first by a Czech President since diplomatic relations were established between Ghana and the former Czechoslovakia in October 1959.
It also holds added significance as it will be President Mahama’s first official State Visit since resuming office in January 2025.
During his visit, President Pavel is expected to hold bilateral talks with President Mahama, participate in a business forum, and officially open a Czech-funded healthcare facility.
To honor the occasion, President Mahama will host a State Dinner for the visiting Head of State.
The visit is expected to strengthen Ghana-Czech relations and foster collaboration in areas of mutual interest. Further updates will follow as the visit unfolds.
