Nebojsa Kapor, head coach of Medeama SC, has been awarded the NASCO Ghana Premier League (GPL) Coach of the Month for September.

Kapor led the Tarkwa-based club to three consecutive victories during the month, starting with a 1-0 win against Accra Lions at home, followed by two crucial away wins against Legon Cities and Basake Holy Stars.
These results propelled Medeama to the top of the league table in September.
In addition to the Coach of the Month award, Medeama’s goalkeeper, Appiah Kubi, received the Goalkeeper of the Month accolade for his outstanding performance, which included two clean sheets and key saves.
Despite their strong start, Medeama’s form has since dipped, with two draws and a defeat in October, causing them to drop to third place in the league standings, just one point shy of the top spot.
Other award recipients include Aduana Stars’ Emmanuel Marfo as NASCO Player of the Month, while Legon Cities’ Dennis Adoma won the Goal of the Month award for his impressive long-range strike against Gold Stars.
