The Aloba family has expressed profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the autopsy results and toxicology report released by the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) regarding the sudden death of their beloved son, brother, and friend, Mohbad.

The report’s inconclusive findings and the detection of an anti-histamine drug in non-fatal levels have raised more questions than answers.

The family’s legal representatives, Wahab Shittu and Taiwo Odumosu, held a press conference to challenge the authenticity and reliability of the toxicology test results.

They demanded a fresh, independent post-mortem and toxicology test to uncover the truth surrounding Mohbad’s untimely passing.

The lawyers questioned the integrity of the investigation and the toxicology test, which was allegedly conducted in the United States.

The family seeks transparency, accountability, and international forensic expertise to validate the re-examination process.

They also criticized the police investigation for lacking thoroughness and professionalism, calling for the Inspector General’s intervention to bring the perpetrators to justice.

The case is currently under Coroner’s Inquest, and the family appeals for an independent toxicology report to be submitted to the court to ensure a comprehensive and unbiased investigation.
