NDC is set to launch its 2024 manifesto today in Winneba

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) will unveil its 2024 manifesto today, Saturday, August 24, at the University of Education, Winneba, in the Central Region.

This high-profile event is a key component of the NDC’s campaign for the December elections.

Scheduled to begin at 12 noon, the launch will feature NDC flag bearer, former President John Dramani Mahama, as the Special Guest.

Attendees will include members of the National Executive Committee, the Council of Elders, Members of Parliament, Parliamentary Candidates, and notable guests from the diplomatic corps, clergy, traditional authorities, civil society organizations, academia, labor organizations, and the creative arts.

Various speakers will discuss the NDC’s transformational vision for shaping the future of Ghana.

The planning committee for the event includes:

  • Dr. Peter Boamah Otokunor (Chairman, Director of Interparty and Civil Society Relations)
  • Barbara Serwaa Asamoah (Member, Deputy General Secretary)
  • Sammy Gyamfi (Member, Communications Officer)

Additional members are Elikem Kotoko (Deputy National Organiser), Ludwig Hlordze (Director of Protocol and Logistics), Nana Oye-Bampoe (Secretary to the Manifesto Committee), Beatrice Annan (Deputy Spokesperson for the John Mahama Campaign), Elvis Afriyie Ankrah (former Minister of Sports), and Dr. Bernadette Hoffman.
