Nollywood actor, Big Larry, has sadly passed away. Reports indicate that he died on Friday, September 13.
The news of his death was shared by popular movie producer Stanley Ontop on his official Instagram page. He posted a picture of Big Larry and wrote, “Nollywood actor Big Larry has just passed away. The cause of his death is still unknown. Rest in peace, Big Larry. Nollywood, Asaba mourns.”
Although the exact cause of Larry’s death remains unclear, tributes from his colleagues in the industry have already started pouring in, expressing shock and sorrow at his sudden passing.
Big Larry’s death adds to the list of notable Nollywood actors who have passed away in 2024, including Mr. Ibu, Amaechi Muonagor, Sisi Quadri, Ganiyu ‘Ogunjimi’ Oyeyemi, and Junior Pope.
In May 2024, the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) announced a 4-day fasting and prayer session, led by Jerry Eze, founder of Streams of Joy International, aimed at combating untimely deaths within the entertainment industry.
