Former Board Chairman of the Ghana Airports Company Limited, Paul Adom-Otchere, has been released from custody.
He was released from the OSP’s office in the company of Former Attorney General, Godfred Dame and his lawyers.
However, in an interview with Asempa FM on Friday, August 1, Lawyer for Adom Otchere, Mr. Apraku Agyepong stated that his client was released after meeting bail conditions but has since been recalled by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) for what he described as “administrative procedures.”
Mr. Adom-Otchere is facing charges in connection with a revenue assurance contract awarded during his tenure at the Ghana Airports Company, which the OSP is probing for potential procurement breaches.
