Only Bawumia can sustain Akufo-Addo’s educational reforms- Adutwum

Education Minister Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum has urged strong support for Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as the best candidate to continue and expand the educational reforms introduced under President Akufo-Addo’s leadership.

Speaking in Accra on Sunday, during an engagement on behalf of Dr. Bawumia, where parents and students discussed key educational issues, Dr. Adutwum highlighted Bawumia’s commitment to education and economic development.

He emphasized that Dr. Bawumia’s leadership would build on the transformative policies that have already positively impacted the country.

“Bawumia has demonstrated a deep understanding of our challenges and opportunities,” Dr. Adutwum said. “His vision aligns perfectly with the progress we have made under President Akufo-Addo.”

The Education Minister pointed to significant government achievements, including the Free Senior High School policy and various infrastructure projects, which have greatly enhanced access to education for Ghanaians.

Dr. Adutwum expressed confidence that Dr. Bawumia’s leadership would be instrumental in advancing these successes, overcoming existing challenges, and ensuring the continued progress of Ghana’s educational system.
